The first part of my career (15 years) I worked as an ict business– and functional analyst, as well as a software developer in clinical, health -and social security environments.  Soon I was assigned as a responsible of ict-departments and launched several soft- & hardware and service improvement programs to support needs and service expectations of the business.

In the second part (last 10 years) of my career I oriented my expertise to start-up and to improve customer service/delivery and operational excellence for (ict) companies who have the goal to climb-up in the service chain of their customers and also to increase the service revenue. 

An adaptive and collaborative approach is the main success factor of most of my deliveries.

I'm active as a Software Testing Professional since 2003. In a short time frame I've moved from being a technical software tester to a test coordinator for technical software projects in several environments going from Legacy systems to cutting edge technologies.

I'm specialised in setting up test environments, including the recruitment, selection and coordination of a test-team, optimising testing resources by automating tests and ensure the satisfaction of your customers by analysing the performance of your applications. 

My primary goal is to guide my customers to achieve a better Quality and Performance in their projects both for their current applications and services as for their new challenges (cloud computing, open source, etc.

Test Tool Specialist / Test Automation Expert 

I am active in Software Testing since 2001. I've moved from being a Software Delivery Specialist to Crisis & Incident Manager to Test Tool Specialist Consultant and Test Automation Expert in several environments such as Communication, Transportation, National Security, Information Technology.  

I'm specialized in automate regression tests and the maintenance of several test tools. Those test tools can be from the market leader HP (WinRunner, QuickTestPro, QualityCenter, LoadRunner) as also other vendors (Jira, Visual Studio Team System, ...) to open source (Selenium, BadBoy, JMeter, ...).

My Primary goal is to save time (manual tests which will be done by an automation test tool), to keep the interest of the testers (repetitive work can be automated in order that testers can focus on new functionalities to test), to setup test environment in order to easy change test data, to help to select the best suited tool for the job and to be in charge of the maintenance of the test tools.
